Somehow I feel that my body is not progressing anymore and I felt as if im getting weaker.
I used to be able to do many different training ending with cardio but now I feel that I can't hit it and feel very motivated to run.

For diet its quite hard for my to achieve because I working in the office and after work I will head to the gym and only got back home around 9.
I only eat well for breakfast, for lunch my friend will go for food thay are high in carbs...
Every monday Wednesday and friday I will hit upper body and Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday I woll do abs and lower body. .sunday I will eirher rest or do light workout
