Reporting in quickly. Friday has typically been an off day for me and for now Thursday will be an off day as well until my chest heals unless I decide to do arms 2x a week. Saturday would normally be upper body power, I may just get some back work in (possibly shoulders) but nothing too crazy, gear up for lower body power on Sunday. Still continuing to ice my chest and traps/Upper back daily. Off from work next week as well which should help as well with recovery.
Should mention as well, popped 2 MN Accelerant this morning. I typically use off days to avoid stims (helps with tolerance since the only time I ever use a stim is on lift days), but since I am lifting less it is not as much of an issue. I have been up since 2:30am for work, so figured today was a good day to do so. Right now it is 7:30am, still feel great, solid energy without the jitters/anxiety that normally affects me with fat burners.
Underboob for Ben ...

- Meh ... This is supposed to be an upper body power workout but right now there is no way I could do (or guess I should say I could have probably gone heavier but don't want to risk aggravating my injury). I just kept it at a decent weight, kept form strict (if anything I limited my ROM a little), and went high reps.
- The morning workouts are tough because right now I wake up very stiff. Getting better though, just gotta be patient
- Tomorrow is lower body power, so hopefully I can get some of my edge back and blast through it
A blast from the past ...

Notes:
- MUCH BETTER. If you recall last Sunday I was supposed to do 5 set of 5 @ 265lbs, weight felt way too heavy so I backed off. Thought I might have to reset with the squat program since the injury has taken away a little bit of that edge. Don't know what it was this morning (the 2 scoops of Crazeolade, watching Kenshin the 85yr old asian dude nearly double me on squats, hating that feeling of being defeated as I left the gym yesterday, ...) , but mentally I was ready to rock n roll from the start. Weights felt a little lighter, there was no reason not to push myself.
- Honestly the entire workout I was in the zone. Finally got that edge back, felt strong, wanted to fight someone lol. Hopefully this means dbone is back!!! Obviously can't do chest yet and still need to exercise some caution, but its time to step things up where possible.
- Here is my last set of 5 @265lbs. Form is still a little tricky because of my injury (I go down as far as I can as long as I don't feel any strain on my pec/traps, so some reps I could go a little lower then others)
-Next Sunday is 275lbs @ 4 for squats which will be a huge test for me b/c 275lbs has been a sticking point for me.
- Tomorrow is my bro workout (arms)
