I am somewhat of a noob at this.... what is a good way to jump start weight loss, I am not in bad shape i do work out, just hit that rough spot to where i stopped loosing.
any pointers would be nice. I am starting a new regime on Monday, to change things up.
Meal/workout plans would be nice =) see what i can incorporate into mine

Hit up the stickies for advice, get in a deficit and stay there consistently.
