It is cause by blocked pores. From excess skin oil 'sebum'
Clean bed sheets every 2-3 days towel on pillow
fill a bowl with boiling water and steam your face to out the pores. then with a clean wash cloth dip it in the boiling water and carefully clean your face. (Dont burn your skin but get as hot as possible)
After that fill the bowl with cold water. Put your face in it so the pores close.
AND DONT TOUCH YOUR FACE LET IT AIR DRY

I had that and sometimes I still have.
Doctor gave me some pills that were beautifull but only for three month after taking them so he gave me to touch acne's point with salicylic acid. it works. Then I wash my face every 12 hours i don't touch them and I don't jerk off any more, but I don't know if they are correlated

Neutrogena acne stress control power cream wash, neutrogrena acne stress control triple action toner, and Neutrogena oil free facial moisturizer for sensitive skin. Use it in the morning, after your workout, and before bed. Salicylic acid will clean out your pores and dry up any acne, the toner will minimize and tighten pores, and the lotion restores moisture that the other two remove. I know a lot of people avoid moisturizer because it seems useless/counter productive but it's so important when clearing skin. The three products are like a miracle trio. Avoid anything with little beads, even though it seems like it cleans way better, it is too hard and will irritate your skin and make the acne worse. I broke out really bad last month and I started using these and my skin cleared in less than a week. Don't pick at acne or touch your face, and avoid using towels to dry your face unless theyre freshly cleaned.

Get parents to take you to doctors and tell them to tell the doctor you are extremely unhappy because of your acne and request some of dat dere accutane (or roaccutane in the UK) it works miracles - this is only if it is really getting to you as it did me. If it's something you're not really bothered about then just eat clean, be clean and drink lots of water because accutane is a long course of medication and has annoying side effects to begin with (i.e loads of nose bleeds and mad dehydration)

soml brah, didn't want to leave the house a week ago. Mine only gets bad when i squeeze the chit and try to fix it, you have to resist this because once you rupture the skin it turns into a bleeding mark and takes ages to heal also you then introduce bacteria from your hands and it can go nuts. Don't pop pimples unless they are absolutely about to burst. Wash your face with cold never hot water and then its subjective, you got to find a cleanser, treatment and moisturiser that works for you. I know dat feel, feelsbadman. Mine is pretty mild usually but i just ordered some intense stem cell chit to try and achieve skin tone aesthetics of zeus. Hang in there brah, don't wait for it to just go away, keep looking for a solution, its like the zombie apocalypse

I Have break outs sometimes too. It REALLY gets me upset and annoyed. I use Benz 10% and Put it on often to clear up. My skin drys too. I hate the dry skin, but it reduces the acne.
PS: Does the Towel REALLY cause acne? I'm only 19 and I usually shower with Hot water and use a towel. Can someone tell me why not to use a towel? I also reduced my sugar intake too to help. Also, does it go away in the 20s often or no?

I'm currently on my 3rd month of Accutane (isotretinoin), 4-5 more to go.
I never had a LOT of acne but to simply end up with it I asked my doctor to start taking Accutane, but I take low doses (20mg/day) since I don't have a lot.
For the first 2-3 months if you have bad acne your skin will get even worse, specially if you take high doses like 40-50mg/day if your acne is severe...
You should really try it, it's good since for years you won't have any acne (some small pimples may appear but just put some benzoyl peroxide and in the next day they are gone), and if you happen to break out in a few years just start a new small routine with Accutane (for about 2-3 months) and you should be all good, but if you treat your skin daily that should never happen.
Srs talk to your dermatologist about it and ask him for this product, it does wonders and there are very minor side effects (chapped lips, dry nose and maybe sore back if you take high doses).
My skin is just starting to get really clean and I'm really happy with the results, had a real boost in my confidence

Can you only get accutane from a doctor? Also Is it expensive? You said it makes ur skin worse? Cause I've got acne on my shoudlers and lightly on my back and I get it sometimes on my face it really bothers me. How does it make ur skin worse? By drying it or making the acne worse than it is and for how long?

This didn't happen to me since I'm low on dosage, but a few friends of mine who were taking higher dosages had this problem (which is supposed to happen) where for the first 3 months the acne gets worse. You will get more acne, pimples, white-heads, etc...But by the end of the 3rd month (max) it only gets better. This happens in the face, I'm not really sure about shoulder/back since I didn't have any. They said that by the start of the 2nd week it started getting worse, and by the end of 3rd month they were already seeing improvements in their skin. You usually take it for about 8-9 months so in the last 6 months or so your skin only gets better.
You do need a prescription for it, so that's why you should go see a dermatologist, but I'd say almost all of them LOVE accutane so it's easy to get it, plus they only do not recommend it if you have problems in your livers, or if you are pregnant.
I can't tell you about the price since it works differently here in Brazil. But I think it can be expensive if you don't have insurance, if you do it's probably really cheap. I'm sure if you google it you'll find the prices, it also depends on how much you'll need (there are 10mg pills, 20mg pills and 40mg pills, at least here in Brazil).
Accutane also dry out your skin, also nose and lips. But it's easy to treat, just use those lipsticks for chapped lips and use a sunscreen and it will treat the dryness. For the nose, it wasn't a huge problem for me, but if taken in high dosages it can bleed sometimes, but that's only in severe acne. These side effects will stay from Week 1 until the end of the treatment..so it'll stay for a long time but trust me, it's nothing bad plus it can be easily treated.
If I were you I'd start taking Accutane asap, because your acne can still get worse, so why not just treat it right now ?

Here's an old trick cell-tech users have found helpful!!! I get it really bad on my back, chest and traps sometimes and always makes the redness and itch go away almost over night!!
Half water/Apple cider vinegar
After a shower before bed dip a couple of paper towels in the mix and place towels over affected area for about 30 mins, wash off then apply some unscented aloe lotion to the area. When you wake up you should notice a huge difference.S: 455

best thing that i used to get rid of my acne was just some clean & clear which you can get at any supermarket or drug store. put it on in the morning and at night.
Always rep back.
