You may be eating at a surplus but your not living a happy life mang. Ive been there, thinking every little thing would be the end. Niga guess what, you were fat because you werent working out, you were eating chips and pizza without thinking. Please LISTEN TO REASON!!! Thats no way to live!!

Its not the chicken your sick of its the seasonings, you need to mix up your seasonings on your meat, and if you aren't seasoning your meat then you really need to start. Almost every grocery store offers plenty of great seasonings, try some and use the ones you like the most. I personally use Weber seasoning, before using this I hated eating chicken and Tilapia after eating them for an extended period of time. Now it tastes so much better and I can eat a lot more.

i switch up what i eat often. from personal experience i know how eating the same stuff can get boring and eventually make u feel sick to eat it. what i do is try to alternate between steak, chicken, and fish. i prefer salmon but if that's out of your price range then tuna is good too. the best thing is to try new recipes so you can add new flavor to what you eat. Hope this helped, and good luck.

Had a brain blast. Make a mongolian stir fry. Get a wok and some soy oil or whatever it's called cook both chicken and steak in your favorite sauce. Throw it on top of some fried rice with eggs in there. Add the greens you like and it should be good for whatever your goals are.
