Then there's his belief that cardio adds years to your life and weight lifting does not, which is over simplified and twisted. I for one would prefer a quality of life rather than simply living to be alive.

kid speaks the truth except for the fact that sloots DO care about how big a guys muscles are, they will say all night and day they dont but its about 90% of what keeps them in a relationship. Naturally you will never get huge, i have been training for 3 years and at most i fit into a shirt rather well, to look wierd and muscly to regular folk you pretty much have to use steroids.

Then again you're 160 lbs, once you get to 200 lbs you will realize that girl dont come flocking to you because you have more muscle fibraz than joe schmoe and all of your life problems dont just disappears. Hard to believe right ?
