This. It sounds simple but just telling yourself "Ok, I'm at the gym, time to work." I don't feel the need to rage out and scream at the weights or anything. I find it quite easy to get into the zone.
^This. I just focus on the gym and what lifts I have for the day. Keep it simple. If I feel I need that extra push, the background of my iPod is a pic of me 3 years ago when I was overweight with a girl that screwed me over, so that is plenty motivating when it's needed.
