Focus is back - needed the time to recharge. I ended up doing some extra exercises, felt in the zone most of the time. loving the feeling.

Back and Biceps
HIIT 20 minutes
Deadlift [300] 8
seated cable rows [200] 12,12,12,12
Db rows [120] 10,10,9,10
Reverse cable curl [130] 12,12,12,12
Concentration curls [35] 12,12,12

Ended up doing a re-feed the day before this workout. felt amazing as I was running on more than 180 carbs.
alilttle more than half-way done this product and I must say, that as with most pre-workout you feel it right away and then it wares off.
I still feel most of the effects and currently would rate this product 8/10 in duration and in focus.OBF

Been a lot longer than I thought since I last hit legs. Felt good at first but the leg cramps kicked in mid squat workout. Still find it somewhat unstable to walk. Haha.
Pre-workout still working effectively. Been enjoy sipping on it before the workout and during my hiit. Find that it seems to last about 2 hours when I do it like this.OBF

Final review: throughout the course of this log I had a lot life stressors. I felt that this pre-workout was able to help keep my mind off of things and focus when in the gym. My lifts while on this pre were relatively consistent during the course of this log which is a good thing since I was cutting.
I feel that during my workouts, the duration and effects didn't wear off and the way I felt thought out different workouts were consistent.
I would say that taste wise, the pre was delicious. The flavour has grown on me and rarely did I have left over clumps
Over all I would rate the pre-workout 8/10OBF
