Thanks bro! Yeah I had one cheat meal actually, 6,500 calories in one go about 2 weeks ago. Didn't affect anything at all surprisingly. Everything else was 100 % super strict though. Today since my cut finished I went on an all out binge- 12,000 calories! Haha. no activity either, just eating candy/chinese food all day because my body needed it lol.
A PHAT like template for lifting. Worked great IMO.

your chest looks 2x better after your cut, you didn't lose any mass either. dont listen to any of the *******s in these threads who point out your flaws or tell you that your progress isn't good. you know why? because your progress is fuking amazing, and you should feel proud of yourself. Thanks man. My routine was basically PHAT. Remove the second leg day and add in an arm day, and that's what I did. Diet was 1600 cals roughly, 210 PRO/125 CHO/30g Fat
