    Thanks bro! Yeah I had one cheat meal actually, 6,500 calories in one go about 2 weeks ago. Didn't affect anything at all surprisingly. Everything else was 100 % super strict though. Today since my cut finished I went on an all out binge- 12,000 calories! Haha. no activity either, just eating candy/chinese food all day because my body needed it lol.

    You got this man, post your progress and keep us informed! 2-4 months is a sh!tload of time for cutting and you can get alot done if you put your head to it. Good luck!

    Thanks man. My routine was basically PHAT. Remove the second leg day and add in an arm day, and that's what I did. Diet was 1600 cals roughly, 210 PRO/125 CHO/30g Fat
