From time to time when NPC Contest photos pop up you can tell that some of these guys are maxed out. The guy to our left of Jr looks like his frame is filled completely. Don't see him going further.. but I think Oliva can do it. Looks like Phil before he when apeshxt and got insane-ified. Look at Olivas arms in the side chest. I feel like he will get huge.

That was kinda what I thought. I saw an interview and I think he took some time off recently which is why he hasn't put on alot of size and why we haven't seen him.. He does look Heathesque in that FDB though. Reminds me of a very early Phil, hopefully Oliva Jr has his dads genes for size and can blow up enough to hit a pro stage one day.
