Hey im 14 99lbs 5 ft 1 and i only have 4kg weights and its way too light. I can do 90 reps bicep curls with 4kg and i have 10 inch arms so is 15kg too heavy for me cuz i dont want to damage my
bones , i am still growing. Also where can i buy the cheapest weights online? My school gym is only open once a week so i need something to work out with at home. One more thing: would a pull up bar be better than 15kg dumbbells?
