    17 years old, 145 lbs and 5'8 (Weightlifting record?)

    17 years old, 145 lbs and 5'8 (Weightlifting record?)

    I workout with guys that are 175-185 lbs and almost math their weight that they put up in every category other than bench for the most part.

    I have maxed 310 squat with solid form and was wondering if anybody knows of any records for my age and weight? I have been searching but cant find any. If anybody knows or has suggestions thanks alot

    Dude if your suggesting that your reaching a weightlifting record with a 310 squat your going to be disappointed. When I was 16 I put up 405 on my squat and I was 5'5 160 and I know I wasn't close to any records. But your lifts are solid keep at it and maybe you'll hit some records, who knows?

    no idea but i just turned 18 in september. so i was around 120 pounds at 17 with a 315lb squat max.. really doubt you have any records at 145 pounds with a 310 squat max
    Started bulking at 126ish, goal: 150-160

    ATG S: 265x6
    Front S: 215x10
    Bench: 240x1
    DL: 320x4
