Kel-Tec KSG Dual Mag Bullpup Shotgun
"Dual mag" as in two magazine tubes. These things have been very popular and hard to get, anyone know of any dealer that can get them? I've seen prices as high as $1,600, TWICE it's MSRP of $800.

Standard KSG has an 18 inch barrel...

Standard one is shorter than a collapsed M4

It has dual 7 round magazine tubes(total carry of 15 rounds!) and you can switch back and forth between the two of them with a switch behind the grip, load one mag tube with 00 Buck and the other with Slugs or non lethal rounds, etc... Pic rails for red dot, lights, laser, grip, kitchen sink whatever you want. I heard Remi makes a shotty round that is a slug combined with 3 00Buck.
Does anyone know about this KSG? Seen some online reviews on YouTube. Can it shoot/hold Magnums? Interesting piece, hope it catches on with other manufacturers. I'm not too much of a fan of shottys but this one looks pretty good for home defense with it's light, short overall length and switchable ammo on the fly.
I found round rails that mount to both sides, each hold 6.

12 rounds mounted to the outside+ 14 in the magazine tubes+ 1 in the chamber= 27 various shotgun rounds in a very small short package.

Its a cool setup but personally wouldn't pay more than $600 for it.

Buddy of mine has one.
Decently built gun. I've only fondled it, though.

Would buy, especially since it's CA legal. Last time I read about it anyway, don't know if anything has changed.

I can see California outlawing this weapon, imposing a limit to 4 round carry capability or something like that for shotguns.

It only carries 15 rounds, and that would only add 1.5 lbs.
And an 870 or 500 weighs in right around 7 lbs as well.

Was referring to the set up with the 2 saddle carriers, Ever shot trap with a box of target loads on your hip? Yea, they're heavy and that's just the ammo.

sounds kinky
Company I work for charges $1600 for these and retards buy them no questions asked. Keltec is like one step above hi point, but they market their products directly at a very specific market.... white trash. Thus if they can make it cheap and cool looking, they're bound to sell a ton of them.

I agree, the KSG has very little practical use. BUT, kel tec makes some good stuff, theres a reason some of the weapons are very very hard to come by. Not all of their stuff is great, but they do make some good stuff. They are a small company that makes weapons in small batches. to liken them to hi-point is incorrect.

Any specific gun, or just in general? There are lots of good online firearms dealers.

I own a Kel Tec PF9 and never had an issue with it. It's been as reliable as my Glock and Ruger. I've seen people that have never owned a Kel Tec have "problems" with them online. It's not like they are made in China or Afganistan. They're made in USA.

The KSG and CX4 are probably going to be difficult to find right now. Some good websites to check though...

They make some cool stuff. Have a PF9, worked flawless for about 500 rounds then the mag catch wore out. Called them and two days later I had a new updated catch and spring on my door no questions asked. At the time the PF9 was the smallest 9mm out but now other companies are making small single stacks (S&W, Springfield) so I might trade it in.
This is pretty cool but for $1800 no thanks.

I've become a big fan of Ruger since I bought my SR9c, it's a compact that I shoot just as accurate as my Glock 17. They are making their version of the PF9, the LC9(9mm) that I've been considering trading in on. You can even get them with built in CT laser.

Haven't even see one in person, much less shot it.
How do they feel when you shoot them?
