I was a dishwasher at a golf course for 3 years. I started off hating it, then I liked it, then I was indifferent, then I hated it again. I found that working with people you like makes a massive difference in how much you enjoy a job.
Why not look for a new job OP?I got a vision for the life that's right in front of me
I got a right, I got a reason, got a destiny
I know exactly where I'm headed and I’m never looking back.

I had that option too, but it only paid .50 more...and it seemed like a lot of extra stress. My friend got the cook job and the older cooks just blamed him for everything even if he didn't do it. Hopefully your co-workers are decent people. Glad I don't have to work blue collar ever again, I got an engineering job starting in January so the future is looking pretty bright!
