Awesome job on the db bench PRs! I think I'll incorporate these into my routine - I just do bb bench now.
Is that guy curling in the squat rack?
Less time obsessing over every crumb -more time eating and lifting.

No idea but he smith machine squatted with 25's too.. He practiced his air golf swing about 50 times too. Clearly he doesn't want big bulky muscles and just wants to be toned

Had to cut today short before I even got started.. Started to warm up on squats and felt tightness between my ankle and my achilles. Started getting painful once I squatted 185. Called it quits for the day.
Dinner..
Gotta figure out the pain. Hopefully it's just an isolated thing and it doesn't carry over.
