Thanks man.
I normally play down low. Most guys in the league are 6' or under but tonight we played a guy that was like 6'5" so our tallest guy took him & I played out top. A lot more running (which is a good thing I guess) but it made me realize I'm just not the athlete I used to be. Getting old + gaining 100+ lbs is hard on the body

▲ so what you're saying is you'd sleep with my wife to get my meat in your mouth? Interesting...
Wheels
Box Squats 4x5 - 295
DB Lunges 3x8 - 45's
Pull-throughs 3x10 - 150
Leg.Ext 3x10 - 180
Calves via leg press 3x25 - 315
I woke up this morning with my lower back really tight. I foam rolled but it never loosened up so I took it easy on squats. I don't remember tweaking it so I'm not concerned. It could've been from all of the extra coughing over the past week or so. I coughed so much that my ribs hurt. Maybe I slept funny or something. No idea..
Dinner: Goulash
My wife has been in Tampa all week & comes home tomorrow! It's been a hectic week without her

So jelly of that beef..brb I eat it 1x a week if im lucky since its so much more $ than chicken... I often wake up with random back pains so Its probably just from sleeping and should go away quick (hopefully)...also, goulash looks awesome and simple. is it just pasta, ground beef and sauce all mixed up?

Back
Tough loss.. That West coast trip sucked and it looks like kobe is playing less selfish but I still like them over anyone else in the west in a 7 game series. They won't beat Miami until they get a deeper bench. Playing 7 players won't cut it
Deadlifts 4x5 - 405
Rows 3x10 - 4 plates + 35 lbs (once again sloppy on the final set...pay no attention to the man showing his nipple)
Kneeling Rows 3x10 - 110
Behind the neck pulldowns 3x10 - 120
Lat Pulldowns 3x8 - 150
Hypers 3x10
I was dealing with cramps the whole time. Right hip was giving me fits. That's why I kept stopping on the latest pulls. I also kept hitting the bill of my hat so I leaned back more than normal. Don't ask me why I didn't just take it off
post workout: 16 oz of 85/15 beef, spaghetti sauce & cheese... Can't get much easier

arm girth. hnggg. everyone knows girth is the only stat that matters lol...do you have a butcher grind your beef btw? Only ask because I assume you wouldnt buy ground beef with your cache, and Im not sure how else u would know its 85/15...all your goddamn red meat pics have me craving though. im gonna have to cave and pay the 5-6$/lb for some next shopping trip

Yep.. They ask how lean you want it. 85/15 is the best of both worlds. Not too lean where it easily dries out when cooking and not too fatty where you almost regret eating it and have to drink whey to hit macros.
Don't know what you're talking about on arm girth.. I don't think they are that big. They'll shrink once I'm at a decent bf percentage but hopefully look bigger... That reminds me that I should take measurements
