A lot of you asked for progress pics from bulking this past year to where Im currently at so I hope this helps. took me a while to get these together. went from 240 to 205 from january to may. then did a mini bulk to 215. started cutting again in august at maintenance cals with a deficit coming from cardio. Which is where I'm at now.
