Spice, bbq sauce and roast the boneless chicken breasts in a covered roaster with some water in the bottom. They won't dry out, I keep them several days cooked like that and they are never dry.

I tell it like it is, if you want smoke blown up your ass or something sugar coated. I suggest you get a Hooker and a powdered donut.

I made meatloaf for our lunches this week. This one has pork and beef in it. I've also done a turkey meatloaf before that was good. (There's a Jamie Eason recipe, here on bb.com, for mini turkey meatloaves that is really good and super low in calories!)
I've also made us salisbury steaks for lunch. Or a beef hash. Or a ragu (ground meat, mushrooms, peppers, onions, garlic, tomatoes and spices).
In the summer, we've grilled pork tenderloins and sliced them up for our lunches too.
I think we've had soooo much chicken over the years that it really can be difficult to choke another one down for lunch! While I realise ground beef isn't as lean as chicken breast, I do drain the fat and rinse it, which helps. And I think pork is nice alternative to chicken.
Another favourite is tuna salad. I tend to make this in the summer. I throw in all kinds of veggies - pickles, cucumbers, carrots, broccoli, peppers, etc. It's quite tasty too. You could always try that with your chicken - make a nice chicken salad. If you don't calories from the mayo, try an olive oil vinaigrette. No drama: You know where we are.

ground chicken
ground turkey
ground sirloin
tri tip
turkey drumsticks (watch the tendons lol)
leftover steak, roast
meatloaf (I make mine with turkey or lean beef)
pork chops or roast
tuna
No one said you had to eat just white meat poultry. Most of my lunches consist of leftover meat from the night before or, if there's not enough, I'll just cook up some ground chicken breast and have it with brown rice and veggies the next day.
if you are hellbent on chicken breasts tho, a good way to cook them is in a slow cooker - add a couple of jars of your favorite salsa, some corn if you wish, and cook ok low all day. very moist and juicy.

You all should be ashamed telling these lies, you know very well the only thing a bodybuilder eats is boneless, skinless chicken breats and sweet potatoes.
I usually take sliced turkey/roast beef and tuna salad with an apple and banana for lunches. hard boiled eggs and chicken salad also sometimes.Eric

Star Kist Tuna Creations Hickory Smoke in 4.5 oz foil pouches. Tear 'em open and have at it.
Ya gotta drink some water or anything you eat will "stick in your throat".
Try pouring a little Don's Seasoning Delight on that chicken as you pack it for work. It'll keep it from drying out and enhance the flavor nicely.
