after saturday I'm not real sure that ND doesn't actually match up with Alabama better than oregon..
sometimes these these wide open offense's like you'll find out here fold under the pressure of the a team with big boys up front on the D'line like Bama has..

To be honest, I have not seen many Notre Dame or Oregon games. I am going on strength of schedule. Notre Dame barely beat some pretty bad teams. I don't think anybody can stop Lacey, maybe slow him down. Texas A&M beat Bama with their offense, so I think Oregon would give Bama a better game.

I haven't watched much Oregon, but I've watched a fair amount of ND. They have character and now that Golson has the fulltime job(and isn't getting switched out with Reis), I think he has began to come into his own. Tons of potential - athletic and can sling the ball. Their defense is pretty solid and Te'o has an intoxicating effect on that defense. Either way, I think Bama is the best team in the nation(admittedly, I have a SEC bias).
Work harder, smarter, and longer - overtraining is simply a state of mind.

True, I have not seen much of Norte Dame to make a fair judgement, not that I am a football guru lol. Bama still has to face Georgia in the title game and Georgia can toss the rock pretty good. I still think Bama will win that game, but it wouldn't surprise me if Georgia pulled off an upset.

I agree. Georgia has really progressed through the year from their embarrassing defeat to SC. I think Georgia is Bama's biggest challenge, but I think Saban will coach them up and not allow them to drop another one.

IIRC, he is of Samoan descent and was born in Hawaii, so you're both right.
