currently 160 pounds want to bulk to 185-190 pounds in the next 6 months. eating extremely cleanly 3500 calories a day 200+ grams of protein

Eating is much like working out, but instead of training your body, you are training your stomach to eat more (In the case of bulking). You said you are getting about 3000 calories a day but you want 4000, so what you need to do is slowly increase the number. You do that by eating an extra cup of rice, or extra cup of pasta, or another doughnut. Really that simple man, good luck.
