Yeah, been working on that..LOL
It's not bad if I pull my shoulders back and flex chest, but it's a hard area to build mass.

Great transformation. Did you notice your wide hips blended away as you got bigger?

Somewhat, I do have wide hips, and store most of my fat in that location, but of course making the rest of your body larger will make hips seem not as wide.
Shoulders and lats will help with that, but naturally I always just felt that my upper body was MUCH smaller in build than my lower body. It's that extreme endomorphic bodytype I have. LOL

They use to be 31" when I was working them out seriously.
Been focusing on upper body and haven't done any squats heavier than 185lbs for the last two years!

Nice transformation, only places where there could be some improvement are the chest and traps. Everything else is pretty solid.

Awesome progress bro. Tall guy myself that lost a ton of weight. Slowly working my way back up as you did.
Pickup heavy things and move them around.

Thanks! =)
My routine changes, and I would assume that most people's schedule is based on their specific goals, their work...etc.
For maybe the last 8 months I've been working out twice a week, and actually seeing more gains than working out any more than that.
I stick to compounds with the exception of side laterals, curls and tricep extension, and do all free weights.
Right now, my routine is as follows.
I always warm up with just the bar, back squats. Helps with flexibility and such.
3-4 working sets per exercise.
Day 1:
Bent over rows DB
Bent over rows BB, and once I can't execute anymore I'll deadlift until failure.
Pull-ups (hard!! 260lbs and long arm = OMG) but that's what works, is the challenge.
Superset something that works rear delt and standing bicep curls.
Bent over rows DB
Day 2:
Incline DB (however, I just started doing flat BB bench again, so will do that before incline)
Flat DB
Cable flyes
Sometimes I do standing alternating Arnold press with DB
Superset side laterals DB and tricep pull down.
Incline DB
Sometimes I'll throw in something weird once in a while, and rarely put on weight for squats since my legs are big enough.
Diet is number 1 and mine is on point for dat mass..LOL
It includes food sources from every kind of whole food.
I average about 4000cals to maintain, maybe more.
