I've had a great year, really thankful for lots of accomplishments, family, health and all that fun shaz. I am in a giving mood. I have a bunch of T shirts, samples of Ergoshred, NMT, and small tubs of ergo pump that I want to give away to my fellow man just because.

In for some ergopump and a Tshirt. I really want to try it, just never have the extra funds to put towards it. I just try and keep my basics in my stack. But since your giving away all kinds of different things, ill take wahtever you want to offer lol.

Im in, love ErgoGenix, will take anything you guys want to give!. Been having a ****ty Month! Havent been able to lift for a month. I have surgery in 2 weeks for a hernia, then 2 more months of not lifting

I went and liked you guys on ********. I love the ergoshred. Just wanted to share a quick stroke of fortune. I asked a guy who trains with a pro bb last night about fst7 and instead of telling me he let me lift with him. So i got a highly experienced new training partner. Now if I could just get a bit of swag to go with my good fortune I can write this week off as a win.

well i definitly fufill the s***** semsester and life. i go to school in jersey. im a biology major. Our school got hit really hard by Sandy. Were off school until Wednesday making it 10 days without school. My professors are making everything still due over the days off. We are struggling to get power and food. Theres looting and its brutal here.. Any type of thing would be very nice. !

Sweet promo. One complaint I have emt class all freaking day tomorrow so i will miss the Texas and Texas tech game and the worst part is we have class on a basement so no cell service to track the game either!

This one intrigues me.. I'm havin a pretty ****ty past few months.. Been dealing w/ adrenal fatigue/CNS fatigue.. Mostly as a result of over training/under eating.. But that in combination with all of my school work here its been an absolute drag...I really need a vacation

This year I ran my first half and full marathon. Got plenty of lean muscle now it is time to add some size and strength. Would love to try new supplements that might help with my gains.
