Lately ive been been having trouble getting some meats this is my nutrition
BREAKFAST
2eggs omlete 12g protein
2 ww flax seed bread 10g protein
1cup milk 2 percent 8g protein
Snack
Apple
Nature valley protein bar 10g protein
Lunch
2 ww flax seed break 10g protein
Chicken coldcuts 6g protein
cheese 5g protein
Preworkout
1 ww flax seed bread w/ penut butter 8g
Postworkout
2 cups 2percent milk plus protein powder 42g protein
Dinner veggies salads stuff u dont need to worry about
Before bed
1 ww flax seed bread w/ penut butter 8g
All that is around 120grams of protein and i weigh 165pds with 10percent bodyfat. Is my diet good and is 2 eggs a day evryday too much cholestrol.
Ps. I eat more veggies an fruits an carbs but i did not list them because it is indian food so ye this is just
My protein amounts i get avg day is it good or bad improvements? You tell me.

Tdee is 2705
Im bulking you could say mainly strength training and fat is around 100 g a day, things like my dinner have roti involved which is a type of bread so its my main source of carbs. My total calories would be 2500ish avg give or take. But i basically just wanted to know if im getting enough protein
