I watch the hodgetwins aka twinmuscleworkout quite a bit and they said jack3d is the best pre work out, then they said its bull **** and doesn't work. Right now there saying craze is really good and using that pre work out... whats the best pre workout or a really good pre work out in your guys opinion.

Do you like the beta-tingles? I know the Hodgetwins always talk crap about beta-alanine, but I personally LOVE that feeling. Here is a list of some good pre workouts, you really cannot go wrong with any of these!

I've tried quite a bit of different pre-workout supplements, and like above said, they are a preference and also depends what you want out of them. Do you want a big pump, high energy boost, relaxation after the workout, or a mix? For a big pump I would go with C4, for a high energy boost I highly suggest craze, if you want to feel good through your workout and especially after try some 1,3 dm.
Edit: Assault is also another good preworkout. I personally cycle between craze/c4/assault and that keeps me going, although I feel like after awhile you should break from all preworkouts (2 weeks) then get back in to your cycle.

C4 is pretty good i take 2 scoops but i feel it somedays and other days i dont feel it at all so i would use like 2 different preworkouts so u dont use the same one back to back that way your body doesnt adapt to it. I just bought jack3d but im kinda nervous to take it cuz 2 people died using it and it can cause limp dick, at least thats what i heard, ill try it sunday and see if i like it, ive heard some good reviews on it though.
On another note, i ordered some free samples from universal called shock therapy its supposed to be a really good pre workout, but they still havent came in the mailMy Stronglifts workout log-

Every person reacts to things differently. You need to find out what is best for you.
