I do like the recent video interviews with Ric though. It was funny when he dodged Ric's question about his own synthol use, and how he states he works arms 3 times a week to give an impression that his arms are a result of high frequency training lol. When you contract and it doesn't even look like the muscle is contracting. He has visual abs yet 0 seperation in his arms. Clear indication of some sort of SEO or fake injection etc.

When I watched the first few of those Mutant videos I thought while he was amusing, I though he came off like a dick.

Though since the first ones, he has done a complete 180, been himself and been a cool dude. His interviews with Ric Drasin on Rics Corner are awesome too.

There is no way as an owner he brings in 1 million dollars in profit a month. He would need 500 units at 2000 a piece for that and then subtract all the costs of running, vacancy loss, salaries etc....lol no.

The apartment complex I used to live at was 1200 a month, and it had a ton of apartments. Maybe 200-300. Owning 3 high end apartment complexes in California could easily net a mil a month before expenses. Most apartments require you to pay for your own utilities as well I know I did.
