Why were you disappointed, penny? Not a fan yourself? I like them.

Our boys love tacos, fajitas, chicken & biscuits with gravy, chicken pot pie, shepherd's pie, and they love homemade make-your-own-pizza night. That night's a fair bit of work for me, as I make the dough, cut up the veg, shred the cheese, and lay it all out for them, then they go to town. Great fun, all in all.

And they like panini sammiches and anything bbq'd (ribs, burgers, etc.).

In short, they are walking stomachs!

I like to cook. Tacos isn't cooking to me. The whole meal was out of a box. I don't cook like that very often.

I made sesame chicken and my very picky 13 y.o. nephew said "oh my gawd this is good!" That's a damn good compliment. To really please him and my picky husband with a meal is a big deal.
