Do you like salisbury steak or hamburger steaks? They are like butter in the crockpot.
Get 2lbs ground beef in a bowl
1finely diced onion
about a shot of W sauce
salt and pepper
herbs of choice
garlic powder
mix all together then form into patties and sear off in a hot pan and put in the cooker on low for 6-8hrs with a splash of beef stock and maybe some sliced shrooms. Can be done with turkey as well.

I'm sorta stuck on pizza right now. I just learned how to make a pizza crust with coconut flour. Low calorie and low carb.
This one has light alfrado sauce, chicken, spinach & cheese and the whole thing has 350 cals 15 g's fat 11 carbs and 40's protein.
he crust it self only has 64 cals 1 g fat 5 carbs and 6 protein. It's really easy to make. Just mix 1 tablespoon of coconut flour, 1/4 cup allwhites and 1 tablespoon of buttermilk. It should come out like a batter. Pour it on to a pan with a piece pf parchment paper so it doesn' sick and spread in circle, I like mine thin so I spread it as thin as I can. Bake a 425 for a few minutes till it's just barely cooked all the way through. Take it out top it and bake agin till basically it's all heated and cooked through. It makes a great low cal & low carb pizza crust option.

Something else we like for the crockpot is Taco Chili
Any whole raw meat of choice or browned ground turkey
Diced onion
tbsp of garlic
dried black or pinto beans (soaked overnight)
6 cups chicken stock
2tbsp chili powder
2tsp cumin
2tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2tsp smoked paprika
1 can diced tomatoes (or fresh)
1 cup fresh corn
Put it all in the pot on low 6-8 hrs. Very versitile for the rest of the fam, can be served with chips, cheese, cilantro, sour cream.

Incoming food porn
My spaghetti and meatballs
The meatballs are kept lean with 90% fat or less beef and 96% lean ground pork
Oven baked salmon with oven roasted asparagus
Shrimp and stir-fried veggies with rice noodles
Spiced Ahi Tuna with oven roasted asparagus
Jerk Chicken with island style rice
If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
I like eating, it helps with the not dying.

For the meatballs this makes up to 9 3oz balls
3/4lb each of ground beef and pork, I use the leanest of both that I can find (you can also use 1/2 lb beef, veal and pork if desired)
2 eggs
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
4 minced garlic cloves sauteed
1/4 cup fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients and then cook in olive oil on med/high heat until all sides are browned, then drop them into the sauce to finish cooking for about 45 minutes. I will make big batches to freeze and all I need to do is heat them up and make noodles.
The asparagus is easy, I just rub olive oil on them sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder and cook at 400 for 20-30 minutes.
I can provide more if anyone wants themIf this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

nothing on my menu, but if you want to spice up your current menu, try this site: http://www.recipepuppy.com/
you enter your ingredients that you have, and it spits out recipes that use those ingredients from a variety of recipe sites (and shows you which other ingredients you need even before you click). a search for what you are already planning might make it easier for you to cook something more interesting
i've used this site and it's pretty good

Chicken tortilla soup
1-2lbs of chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubs (if you like it meaty sometimes 1lb isn't enough)
1/2-3/4 cup long grain rice (depends if you like rice lol)
one jar of favorite salsa
1 cup frozen corn (optional)
2 boxes of low sodium chicken broth
4 gloves garlic chopped
1/2 med onion chopped
1 tsp cumin (add more if you like the flavor)
1 tbsp lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in med size pot add in garlic and onion, cook until soft. Add in chicken, add salt and pepper and cook until no longer pink. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil and add rice. Simmer while covered, until rice is just tender, add salsa, corn, cumin, lime juice and bring back to boil until rice is done cooking usually another 10-20 minutes. You can crush up tortilla chips and sprinkle Monterrey jack cheese for added substance and flavor. If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Tuscan Soup (BW don't get mad at me, I didn't name it, lol)--in the crock pot
Carton of Chicken broth
one 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (I like the Italian spice type)
1 15 oz can of cannellini or navy beans (drain first)
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
1 pound turkey sausage--brown first until almost cooked...if you want it spicy, add crushed red pepper to it while browning
ground pepper
Put in crock pot on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours
If you like red cabbage, chop and add the last hour before serving
Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top before serving

-10 fresh chicken legs nom nom nom
-bottle of your fav bbq sauce covering all
You can either cook on high for around 5hrs or low for 9hrs, comes out pretty much the same IMO.

Probably not what you were looking for but, we had filet mignon, baked potato, salad, and Texas toast for dinner tonight. Homegrown beef, first time ever having filet mignon and it was SO good! Having a few beers to top it off
