I started working out around 4:30 in the morning prior to going to work. I would like to take a PWO, but I want one that's not going to mess up my stomach that early. I typically take superpump, and i love it, but it doesn't sit well when i first wake up. any ideas?
thanks.

I work out at the same time in the morning and have tried a few from Assault to C4. But for me the most easy on my insides is White Flood. Stuff is amazing, not too much stim so don't have to worry about a comedown about the time you're heading to work but still enough punch to clear the cobwebs for the early morning workout. You can get a sample from any of the CL reps on the board.
Hope that helps

I have no issues with ErgoPump and take it on basically an empty stomach. Here is a link:

Also it may depend on whether or not you eat something with it. I am not sure what superpump suggests. The Beast Journey to Elite

Do you eat before you workout that early? I do early morning cardio in my home so when I wake up I take a small shake that consists of half a scoop of whey, 1 scoop preworkout, 1serving of bcaa pills, and 5g creatine. After my cardio I then get in a full meal. Works great for me. In the fifteen minutes it takes for me to get ready the preworkout is already kicking in. Thirty minutes later I'm done and ready for a full meal. I have been doing this in contest prep and have seen great results both mentally and physically. The products I use specifically are: Top Secret Nutrition Whey, Top Secret BCAA Hyperblend, Top Secret Cardio Igniter, and Top Secret Micronized Creatine. I also add Top Secret's Astravar 2.0. I experience no discomfort whatsoever.

I work out at 5AM and take Fahrenheit Nutrition's Volatile. It will not upset your stomach and you will get excellent results from it. There are several logs on here that should give you some honest feedback.

This has always been a issue with me, as I would like to train at 5am, without having hunger pains. for me those hunger pains lead to nausea and that in itself interferes with my training. It's a balancing act, I prefer something that only have about 100mg of caffeine or less

I get up and wake out at the exact same time every morning (wake up at 4:30 AM ... hit the gym by 5 AM) and I use two scoops of Gaspari SuperPump MAX on an empty stomach and it works great for me. Sorry to hear your experiencing discomfort with it.
The key for me is I give myself a full 30 minutes between when I drink it and when I start to workout. Maybe trying doing that, also I like to mix it with either a carb source (like Glycofuse) or something like iForce's Hemavol as well. This may be something you would want to look into.
