Lava hound is good for 2 starring top bases with a low cost army
The hound+ minions are enough of a distraction for balloons to wreck all defenses while heroes and a few minions clean up

Can make the army in roughly 45 mins too probably for around 100k elixir and 500 de


And loot is way too poverty now since update

I tried this a few times this morning. LH was wiped out in short order... well before the balloons could destroy even half of the base.

new LH even MAXED is poverty as fukk cuzz...

GoWiWi / GoWiPe is still a much better alternative,

the LH just gets wrecked extremely fast even with wasting two rage spells on two LH's.

On that note, even with rage spells it can't even take out a single AD

You're not supposed to rage them just like you're not supposed to rage golems
They're not supposed to take out defenses just like golems are not supposed to take out defenses.

Both LH & Golems are meant to serve as a distraction while your other troops clean up. Your rage spells should be used on those troops, not the golems. Of course if the *** troops are beside the golems that works as well.

Drop LH, then immediately drop loons behind it, just like you would drop wiz behind the golem. Rage loons. Goal is to get the loons to do as much dmg while the LH i still alive.

Me thinks 2 LH should do it. V formation type attack

Pretty sure that's not how they intended for it to be used. If anything, you should be using a healing spell on that sucker while you use dragons or something to clean up.

It seems 1 guy in this sea of *******s get it
Its extremely hard to 3 star a top tier th9 and basically impossible to do it vs a th10 without max heroes and bad base design

This strat can easily 2 star a th9 though for a low cost
Dont take out all 4 ad but clear one side to give a path to the town hall then archer queen will get you the 2 star

lulz @ people complaining that the LH does no damage. It's not supposed to. Think of it like an air GoWiPe. You wouldn't send in a golem thinking it would wreck sh*t by itself. They draw fire while your damage dealers put in work. In this case balloons and dragons while the minions act as archers drawing things out.

I've redone my base a few times since getting to Crystal 1 lol.... It's almost always been Ringus based. Everyone's trophy pushing so people commit a lot of forces to raids. Think I can get it done though. GoGiWiAn has been my go to force.


Just to clarify as well... It doesn'y bother me that the LH doesn't do much damage... I just don't think that they have enough HP is all. Perhaps at max level they rock (like Pekkas). After I reach Masters I may experiment with them some more.

Didn't mean he should, just that if he was going to use a spell on it, it should be the healing one since that should give it more time to absorb hits. Freeze spell to support the LH would probably be the same as using the jump spell on it, lol.

haha ikr! I blazed through TH8 to TH9 over 3-month summer break since endless amounts of free time. Yes.. (finally) busy with AP HS courses brah. :P I usually get on at 9-ish PM EST to raid, then 24 hour break unless doing war attacks in which case I get on, discuss strategy, make quality attacks, then get off. Doubt you will ever see the immature side of me anymore.
