yeah he needs to thicken up to take hits to the ribs....number one where quarterbacks are taken down....hopefully he just stays smart when he runs....for sure fun to watch play.....they looking good this week or gonna be a rough one??
Browns might be giving the ravens a match...wouldve won last matchup if our receivers wouldve just caught the ball...three dropped passes in end zone!

7 plates per side x 10 x 4 sets
^Each set super-setted w/
Deep Squats:
225x10 x 4 sets
Hack Squats:
3 plates per side x 10 x 3 sets

squats:
205 2 sets of 15
225 2 sets of 10
255 2 sets of 6
leg extensions:
5 sets of 170,190,210,210,210.....i know all machines are different but did that weight and hold count of 2 seconds at the top.
calf raises on the leg press:
4 sets of 250 reps of 10-12 with 5 second hold at the top.
deadlifts:
185 reps of 20
205 reps of 15
225 reps of 12
250 reps of 6-8 hold at the top. 3 sets.
abs were decline crunches and ab wheel.
