finally home!!! i have homemade protein bars and the avengers.....wife is still working so me n the pup will enjoy endless protein and great movie!!!!
cardio abs traps and stretching for a relaxing sunday funday of food football working out and bcaa/protein drinks instead of beer hahaha

It is wild. I played basketball against this guy my junior year in high school that played ball at Penn State, not sure if he's there anymore or not. Its crazy, my junior year we beat them twice in regular season and they ended up winning States.Originally Posted by jludwi
