I ride my bike to and from the gym regardless of bulk or cut. about a 3.2 mile ride 1 way.
Even though the cold is making it harder and harder to do.

I used to do none but I've since changed my tune and now do 20-30 minutes moderate intensity just 3 times a week. Does wonders for keeping fat gain down
