    2 days Split?

I want to do bulk training (+- 15 reps) and would like some ideas for a 2 days split workout (probably upper/lower), especially the muscle groups to train for every day. I prefer to train on machines

When I bulked I split my days like this
    Monday: Chest/Triceps
    Tuesday: Back
    Wednesday: Shoulder/Biceps
    Thursday: Rest
    Friday: Legs
    Saturday: Triceps/Biceps
    Sunday: Rest
Do regular free weight exercises and go with your rep range from 6-8
Go heavy and it would help if you have a workout partner
Do Calfs first and do it as needed and do Abdominal last or first depending if you need work on them-Rep range 10 and above
    Forearms do them with Arms
