You have the lower body and you have no upper body, you got a problem building...wait a minute. You have the upper body, and you have no legs, you got a problem building your legs. You have the upper...you have the lower body and you don't have the upper body, the upper body, it is easier to build. So if you have the lower body and you don't have the upper body, it is easier to build the upper body. You have the upper body and you don't have the legs, you got a problem building the lower body

i believe that most of these guys look down on nixons, because they're more a surfer brand type watch, instead of a dressy/classy watch. However, i own 3, and can vouch for all 3 of them being sturdy watches. Have had the Mayor for 3 years, only problem was battery died once. Had the banks for 1 year now, still in excellent shape. Recently bought the player, and it's comfortable/sturdy as fuark as well.
Also, I recently bought a Lucien Piccard, black face with black leather band. Looks sexy as fuark. Anyone care to share their thoughts on LP's? I've heard good things about them so far"So there I am sitting in the waiting area of the hair salon with my niece and Keanu Reeves walks in. I was nervous as ****, but too scared to say anything to him. Then my niece started crying, and I’m trying to quiet her down because I don't want to bother him. Pretty soon he walks over and asks what's wrong. I replied that she was probably hungry. He put down his magazine, picked up my niece, and lifted up his shirt, and breastfed her right there in the salon. Chill guy, really nice about it."

Why Rolex may I ask?
You stated you're 18 - and 'fuk do I know'... It's just interesting to note you chose Rolex.
Generally people with little/no knowledge of watches think Rolex is the best of the best.
Agree though; 18 and blowing your 12k saved on a watch is very stupid.

In!
I just got a new 35mm f1.8 lens for my D40 today. So here's a quick pic of my daily wearer I took a moment ago. I have worn this watch for 4 years and I abuse it daily. I never take it off at work and it has been banged on all sorts of things in my job as a helicopter mechanic.

Not contradictory, just brutally honest..
Started in CA, but where are they manufactured?
There is an entire world about watches which you're not aware of, fine craftsmanship, materials, automatic and mechanical movements, independent watchmakers, and yes - cool looking watches as well.
You can get interesting watches for <$200, cheaper than your Nixons, that are automatic (no battery), well finished and also look great. Check out Seiko.watches/cigars/scotch
