Pretty much down to 3, the AP, PAM and Rolex...my brother has the IWC, and don't think I'm ever getting that one back LOL.

I will be starting my first job next week and thought about getting a decent watch.

One watch which was recommended to me by a friend was this- as it a little different from the average watch.

Any other recommendations for watches in a similar price range?

UK price- cheapest i could find was 2000 gbp (max i would wana spend is 2500 pounds or 4000 usd)

No way will you get a gmt master ii for that price maybe a ok gmt master circa 70-80's. Also an all gold watch will run you $10k+. For the 2-3k range there are lots of great brands out there, try Frederique Constant.



An air king will be $4-5K+ you will need to up the 3k

So your saying if I found a 2009 model Air King for $2000....thats a hell of a deal?

FC is a little more high end than Hamilton, ive always wanted an FC model like the one you posted, sort of a like a poor man's breguet (one of my favourite brands)

FC > Hamilton all day.

Pretty sure you can get a decently prices FC with the Guilloche dial that has an in-house movement.

Thanks bro, heres a few more pics of mine with the titanium strap, i stopped using the leather strap because the leather started to crack.
Got this watch about 6-7 years ago, but I only changed to the titanium strap recently because the strap was so expensive I kinda limped into it.
