You're wasting your money by paying for a creatine product with dextrose. Just buy straight creatine monohydrate. There's no point in trying to speed up creatine uptake once you're past the loading phase (or once your cells are saturated w/creatine). Also, you get to eat more quality carbs instead of dextrose once you get home.

you can save lots of money and get the same effects using regular creatine monohydrate. It is fairly cheap and there are lots of articles here that can teach how to consume it. Good luck!

I think Cell-Tech is a nice creatine, HOWEVER, I'd start drinking another product, there are some products that might help, remember you have creatine creators in your body, and some food contains it too, like steak (correct me if I'm wrong).
