I have been trainign for 8 years or more and I have never used Antioxidants supplements. I would like to know are these really neccessary. Do you or should you really suplement using Antioxidants Products?

I eat spinach but its not boiled its fully cooked, If boiled is what you meant. Do you think I should supplement as maybe I aint taking in enough..

Buy them if they help your needs from its unique use; not just bc it is an antioxidant. Just my opinion.

Only real thing I do extra for antioxidents is take a product from AI (since I rep for them, but they are one of the only ones to make it in bulk) Magic Matcha... it is a Matcha Green Tea that you can drink cold, warm, mix it with food, etc.... 1 cup has 10 Xs the amount of anti oxidents as a regular cup of green tea.

But thats as far as I personally go with the antioxidents

Personally, I believe being on a high antioxidant diet is very beneficial and worth it. Some of the leading breakthroughs in treating cancer is with injecting high amounts of antioxidants into the person.
