    Recommend Supp. for Energy/Recovery?

Hey guys, was wondering what everybody takes for more energy and/or faster recoveries? Feeling a bit sluggish lately and not sure why.

Both deeper sleep and enhanced recovery have been reported effects from users of ErgoBolic

It also has a noted effect on fat loss

    I like Universal Atomic 7 - a lot - for a recovery supp.

There are about 1000082 supps out there that help with energy..do you mean pre workout? Or just during the day/anytime energy

Drive is great and does not contain any stimulants. PM me if you want to try some samples. I might even be able to get you some samples of the new Black Cats V.2 which is great for energy. Let me know if you want to try any of these.

It depends on what your looking for. You need energy before a workout? Look into a preworkout like white flood, rage, craze. And for recovery you could look into a intra supplement like aminolast or xtend. Or a post workout for recovery like dark matter, glycofuse, or torrent.

I use Karbolyn pre workout and post, it's just a car so you could also use any pwo also, although I get enough from the Karbolyn. It has really sped up my recovery too.

For energy, I use K-OTIC pre workout. For recovery, just enough food/protein in general. I get a lot of my protein from whey, which I use NF Pro.

Endurance by Fahrenheit Nutrition. I used to be hooked on Xtend till I started this. Long Term taste never gets old. Its aminos+beta alanine+Creatinol-O-Phosphate. Keeps me goin in the gym. And I go hard
The 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity

Instead of pushing a product or two, may I ask....

    - What are you currently using?
    - Are you getting enough rest/sleep?
    - Eating enough?
