NOTES
Benchpress was solid and strong. A little bit of a grind on the 325 set but nothing too difficult. I think my benchpress is ahead of the program again.... not that i mind that lol.
Press was an unfocused mess. The way 205 felt coming off the rack i should have easily gotten my 3 reps but i stepped down wrong on my left foot and it blew the whole set to hell lol.
Incline bench was good but my son was in the garage with me by then(you see him in the 245x2 vid. So i was more keeping one eye on him the whole time lol. Still no excuses it was still a solid workout.
Rest of the work was nice and fast and killed the shoulders and triceps. I will most likely be ditching the press/flye superset and making them 2 separate exercises. I am sure i am shorting both the exercises by supersetting them.
Time: 70ish minutes
Weight: 221 pounds i love deloads.... too bad most of the weight gain is water(i hate cold weather)

thanks Adam my only real goal with press is 225 and if nothing goes wrong i should get that in week 3. if i meet that goal then my next goal is 250 lol

Only watched the 300x3 set; solid benching. It looked as if your elbows weren't directly under the bar, though, so you could have lost some leverage.

515x3 and then some heavier singles. 505x3 was easy-ish last time. i did a touch and go on the second rep but it was not as difficult as i thought it would be. hoping the heavy singles will give me an idea of what i should go for in week 3.
