Some time ago i was afraid my appendix was hurting and i was terrefied it would compromise months of trainning after surgery. I even think i read somewhere it would take a few months to recover.... guess not? I would wish you a speedy recovery but i guess you don't need it lol.
I just played it safe, when I felt I could take it, I went back to the gym and played it by ear.
I started again with things like chest, shoulders, arms, calves. The following week I started doing back, quads and hams again.
Just need to listen to your body.
Was keyhole surgery too so recovery time was quick.

I do agree with you with improvements but is young I do think from past pro cards he def has a good chance of one over next 5 years which still b a young pro.
based on andreys off-season pics, i wouldnt have thought that alexey would dwarf him on stage like that (check out those quads..).
then again, this is alexey at a recent photoshoot in germany
But what does it matter? It's never going to have broad appeal.
You could put up the most beautiful physique with the most graceful and amazing posing routine and it STILL won't appeal to the average Joe.
It's just not like that.
well I think the problem though is it isn't just turning off the general public it's turning off people like me....poeple in the sport. I was dieting last year and ended up not competing mostly because I watched a few shows and found myself thinking "Oh my God...what am i doing...I can't be involved with this".
It's turning "hardcore bodybuilders" like me off...people like me who spend a lot of money and are involved in the sport. I used to work at the AC and go to it each year...haven't been in 3 years...I almost feel embarassed to go.
So I don't know it just feels like the sport is becoming a turnoff to bodybuilders now. It seems like more and more of my friends who many consider "hardcore bodybuilders" are saying "hell no I'm not competing" because...well...it's a little too weird, too odd, and a bit embarrassing.
look no further than the participation in bodybuilder. The NPC keeps sayign it's at an all time high...it's not...the "all time high" has to do with figure, bikini, and physique. Mens bodybuilding is at an all time low and I thoroughly believe it's because more and more people like me are thinking "this is gay as hell". No offense to anyone who is gay.
So how exactly did you end up to that conclusion after seeing some spazzy posing from a russian? Or am i missing something else here?
Honestly I don't know but when I watch shows anymore it just makes me laugh and think "WTF is this sh*t". I don't know man I'm 30 years old now and maybe I'm just getting older and growing out of the sport.
