going for a ME deadlift on sunday, 605 x max reps, might not be the best idea but I need to try it
changing my stance to be a little wider and bringing my grip out and im pulling on the stiff bar at my gym to replicate what the usapl will be like
doing he sunshine state games december 14th in Ft meyers, goal is to crush 1500 then raw nats next year
