I don't think I've ever posted here but I'd like to help if possible. Not sure if mentioned yet, but it sounds like you may be lacking adequate amounts of Vitamin D. For ages 9-70, the RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowance) for D is 600IU (15mcg) daily, with the UL (Tolerable Upper Intake Level) being 4000IU (100mcg) daily. Keep in mind that there are no additional health benefits associated with intakes above the RDA. This could be easily met by taking a regular Vitamin D supplement (if this happens to be your problem).
A friend of mine had the exact same problem, and it was due to lack of Vitamin D. I am also studying Advanced Nutrition for RHN designation, and am a Personal trainer in case you were wondering. Hope this helps : )

I used to have these weird dark redish coloration in the corners of my eyes and maybe a little bit under it, I use Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado daily and it's totally gone..I think this would help with the eye circles, etc.

Unfortunately I don't think there is a cure. Tried just about every cream and home remedy. Using creams daily sometimes does make the eyes look slightly less tired but not much. Sleeping more did not help in any way. The problem is pretty much hereditary and the cause is often times deep eye sockets. Now maybe some kind of surgery can work but I personally wouldn't go it. I've just decided to deal with it
