This is my sister's progress. I'm so darn proud of her that I wanted to show her off! I'm her personal trainer, she's just doing IF and working hard in the gym lifting weights together with 30 min cardio every weekday. On weekends she plays hockey and trains for it twice a week also. She's lost 46lbs since last February.
