10%. 9% at lowest. You're still pretty little (no offense) but so far you have a great physique. Keep up the hard work and I have no doubt you'll be a top contendor if you're looking to do some shows!

I'd guess 9%. Great Quads!
Rehabing and Recovering from a 50% Lateral meniscus menisectomy and a repair to some of it.
People say there's no key to the door of success, so why not bulk and knock the door down?
Bulking since I was 7lb 8oz.
