I've been lifting for a little over two years, in that time I've gained 121 pounds. I've gone from ~10% bf to probably twice that, dreamer bulk of peace. I'm high and I've been thinking about my life. I realized I'm sick of being fat and procrastinating. I'm going to cut starting right now. I'll be trapped in a permanent vicious cycle of bulking.
I know literally nothing about cutting except that I eat less. I just did the first cardio I've done since freshman year. Should I eat healthier? enlighten me brahs
