Food...Eat a lot of it...High protein, low fat, moderate carbs...Whats the problem.
1 chicken breast + 1 cup of Greek yogurt + 4oz of turkey on sandwich + 1 cup of cottage cheese = 70g of protein, and that's just breakfastBench Press: 205x5[x] 210x5[x] 215x5[x] 220x5[x] 225 x 5[x] 230x5 []
^^Scratched the 5x5 program. Lifting BP 255 x 10, do not know max as I could care less.

Sups are for people who can't afford a perfect diet. If you can not for whatever reason which should always be the first goal I only reccomend whey and a natural vitamin. Yup yup

Take whey, creatine, a multi. And then eat at least 500 above your maintenance, and then do yourself a favor and eat some more.
