    Alright guys, just posting to see if anyone knows the best supplements for bulking as i am trying to get to my 164lb goal? cheers

    Food...Eat a lot of it...High protein, low fat, moderate carbs...Whats the problem.

    1 chicken breast + 1 cup of Greek yogurt + 4oz of turkey on sandwich + 1 cup of cottage cheese = 70g of protein, and that's just breakfast
    Bench Press: 205x5[x] 210x5[x] 215x5[x] 220x5[x] 225 x 5[x] 230x5 []

    ^^Scratched the 5x5 program. Lifting BP 255 x 10, do not know max as I could care less.

    Sups are for people who can't afford a perfect diet. If you can not for whatever reason which should always be the first goal I only reccomend whey and a natural vitamin. Yup yup
