    Are my goals possible without cardio?

    I am 6'3 235lbs. I am around 20% body fat. I mow lawns for a living, usually go 6-8 hrs a day 4 days a week. My workout schedule goes as follow chest&tris- fb 4sets,Ib 3sets,db 3sets then usually finish with 6-8 sets of flys all different positions then 8-10 sets of tris. Next is back&bis. 3sets pull-ups,3sets db rows,3sets lat pull downs,3sets bent over rows then bis 8-10 sets. Next is legs 4sets squats,3sets leg press,3sets laying hamstring curls,3 sets leg extensions,3 sets calf raises. Then shoulders&traps, 3 sets barbell shoulder press,3sets arnold presses,3sets side lateral raisese,3sets up right rows then traps usually 6-8 sets of different shrugs. Now then I have roughly 3 days of nothing because of my kids baseball schedule. If I can make it in I usually do light full body just to stretch out. Now my goal is 10-12% percent body fat and want my weight to stay around 235 or even go up 10lbs or so. Is this possible without cardio? My food intake is pretty good. Typical day is 6am 4eggs with oatmeal for breakfast then usually have some beef jerky or peanuts round 10am then 6"whole wheat sub with double meat round 12pm then shake round 3pm then 5pm protein bar before workout and another shake after workout. Dinner usually is. Protein and green veggie with sometimes whole grain carb. Are my goals possible if not how much cardio should I be doing. My weight reps range from 6-10 while increasing weight.
