    Gomad bulk two month progress(nice gains) ectomorph

    I use to be a heavy smoker and drug abuser. I decided to quit and change my life, I joined the navy and I decided I wanted to a shredded aesthetic body Instead of a little boy body at the age of 20.
    I went from 9" arms to 13.5s I know I'm still little but Im happy to see progress and wanna keep y'all updated on my journey
    I'm trying to bulk to 170-175 btw

    yes i have to train my legs because i have some real skinny legs. I started to implement squats in my workouts last week.

    Yes I use to post on the misc a lot . But the weight gain is obvious you can tell by my face. I use to have a 12 boy body also lol

    I weighed my self at the gym and I now weigh 152lbs. Gained 30lbs on my bulk! I'm trynna reach my goal of 170 before I get to basic in march.

    Only reason why I'm kinda rushing my bulk is because I got basic training in march for the navy.
