I don't like to weigh myself too frequently, I?m going to weight myself on March 1st and if I?ve put on a few pounds within a month I?ll be pretty happy.

weight gainers are useful if u dont have enough time to eat food...I think food is always better. I used to weight around 115 b4 and after the second month i bought Weider MEGA MASS 4000, and it was a good weight gainer but i realized that i wasted my money bcuz it wasnt like a WOW FAST GAIN...i just gained at the same pace i used to gain when i was eating just food. weight gainers are not magical stuff.

I've had great gains from cytogainer, but it's so expensive your probably better off to make your own w/ a few scoops of protein, milk, oats, and some peaunut butter.
