    Cardio and bulking?

    I'm trying to bulk. Is it smart to do cardio while on a bulk? Maybe something like HIIT training or sprints? I don't want to lose any muscle mass. Or should I just not do cardio all together?

    A lot of people say its stupid but really it's just fine as long As u eat the calories that u burned off from cardio. I suggest hiit and sprints. I do that and I don't lose any weight

    It all comes down to calories in vs calories out. As long as you eat more calories to compensate for the ones burned during the cardio session you'll be good.
